We all really enjoyed the launch of Rainbow Reading! We are looking forward to working our way through the list of exciting books.
Year 4 made bruschetta last week using tomatoes and herbs. They adapted the recipe to include their favourite variety of tomato as well as their favourite herbs!
A reminder that Class 9 will be performing their assembly to the school on Tues 25th June at 2.40 in the Junior Hall.
All parents and carers welcome.
Year 4 pupils enjoyed looking after the herbs, tomatoes and potatoes that they planted!
Taking care of the grounds id hard work!
During our Geography topic last half term, Year 4 pupils became concerned about the rain forests. They wrote letters to Lilian Greenwood to explain how important they felt rain forests were to our planet.
Lilian Greenwood MP replied to each pupil and even came in to Milford Academy to talk to the pupils. In a parliamentary debate on climate change, Lilian Greenwood mentioned Year 4’s concerns about rain forests.
Well done Year 4 for making your voice heard!
