Secret Santa

We’ve had a very busy week this week, making Christmas gifts. There are photographs to give you a little clue but you’ll have to wait to see the finished product because it’s a surprise!

We mixed four cups of plain flour with…

…one cup of salt.

Add one and a half cups of warm water.

We kneaded our salt dough for 10 minutes.

Each of us rolled and shaped it.

Mrs Gibson put it in the oven at 150 degrees for 3 hours until it was hard.

We chose a colour to paint our surprise.

We added some sparkle.

We added some glitz.

We’ve all had our feet painted.

We’ve been printing.

It’s beginning to feel very festive.

All of us have painted a plate green on both sides.

Each child painted a fir cone green.

One of our children has visited Santa Clause. He brought his gift, a book. He was kind enough to read to us.

Thank you for reading to us!

Santa Clause will be visiting us very soon. We are very excited as we’ve all been extremely well behaved!
