Class 12 are the best!

Well done Class 12 – you had the least amount of absences last week and you were all on time every day too!  I am so proud of you all and I am still hoping that we will get to the top of the attendance league this term!

Terrific Tudor Assembly!

costumes

Class 8 dressed up in their Tudor costumes to entertain the school with details of Tudor day.

We showed the school how to make ruffs using paper. Tudor times were stinky and pomanders were used to disguise these smells. We showed everyone how to make them. A few brave children even took a  whiff of the clove spice used in them. We delighted the school with our Tudor dancing and  even got some members of the audience to try dancing with us! Our finale involved a role play which highlighted changes in British Law.

Class 8 were amazing!

Well done.

We held the finals in the Infant Hall on Wednesday this week and we were so proud of Tom, Amaris, Keziah and Rhyley who represented our classes. They were very brave, speaking clearly in front of over 200 people.
