Nursery Stay & Play – Thursday 11th February

We are having a Stay & Play Day on Thursday 11th February, where family members are welcome to come to Nursery and spend the session with their child for £1. All money raised will contribute to buying some new nursery equipment and resources.

Session times will be as normal and you are welcome to stay for as long or as little as you like.

As well as having our typical activities in and around Nursery, we will also be having a ‘Guess the name of the Teddy’ competition and a few other activities and games which will be 50p a go.   So bring a few extra pennies if you can!

We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible!

Wonderful World War Two Day!

A big well done to the children of Upper Key Stage Two for their wonderful behaviour during our ‘World War Two Day’!  I was so proud of how motivated you all were to learn all the new information you were given.  You also showed lots of respect to our visitor that led the day and he commented on how well you listened to all the information that he gave you.

Another huge well done for the effort a lot of you put into your costumes – you looked amazing!  I would also like to say thanks to the parents who helped put your costumes together too.

Keep your eyes peeled for our next web update that will be written in the next few weeks for more details on our day!  But to keep you interested, here are a few pictures…

Class 6 earns a Toy Treat

Well done Class 6. You have filled your marble jar again and voted to have a ‘Bring in a toy’ treat on Thursday 21st January (tomorrow!) There is a letter in communication wallets to remind parents. Please do not bring in anything expensive or fragile. Now we are starting again to try and fill the jar by displaying super behaviour in school.
