Eco Club

Eco Club started on Monday 21st September. Well done to the children who have supported the process of emptying the school planters this week in preparation for our new plants! We are very dedicated to continuing to develop our school grounds. Please keep visiting our Eco Club page in the ‘Clubs’ section of our school website.

Superstar listening

A huge well done to Class 3 this week!

I am beginning to notice a huge difference in your listening skills.

We have been working very hard as a class to listen at the right time, all of the time. I was so impressed today with your fantastic listening during our Phonics session, 2 marbles for the class jar was earnt!

Keep it up children, I am feeling very proud of you!

Harvest Festival

Dear parents and carers,

Class 9 received a letter yesterday about our annual Harvest Festival. The Harvest Festival is taking place on Tuesday 6th October (next Tuesday) at 2:30pm in the Junior Hall. If you would like to attend and watch this service then you can get tickets from our main reception/office.

We hope to see you there!

New School Library

We are all very excited as our new school library is taking shape! it is in the space outside the staffroom and is full of new furniture and currently approximately 1000 books. We are installing a library system and it should be open for business around October half-term. Some of the Year 5’s are going to be trained as librarians.

Snack money request

Thank you to all the parents who have brought in £3 for snack. Unfortunately, only half the class has paid and we still need more. We will be putting reminder slips in some reading diaries. Thank you for your cooperation.
